DHS Employee Promotes Race War in Spare Time, Advocates Mass Murder of Whites

By Don Terry on August 21, 2013 - 3:57 pm, Posted in Anti-White

By day, Ayo Kimathi works for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a small business specialist in a unit that buys such items as handcuffs, ammunition and guns.

Off-duty, he calls himself “the Irritated Genie.” He’s a gay-bashing, revenge-seeking black nationalist who advocates on his website – War on the Horizon – the mass murder of whites and the “ethnic cleansing” of “black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors.”

“Warfare is eminent,” the website declares, “and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our Christian hearts can possibly count.”

A former supervisor of Kimathi’s at the DHS told Hatewatch, “Everybody in the office is afraid of him.”

“This guy is filled with hate,” the supervisor continued. “People are afraid he will come in with a gun someday and go postal. I am astounded, he’s employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”

When reached by telephone today and asked by Hatewatch if he is the Irritated Genie, Kimathi hung up. The night before, a woman answered the phone at his website, known as WOH, and refused to say whether the Irritated Genie is Ayo Kimathi.

“He just goes by the Irritated Genie,” she said, promising to pass along an interview request.

The website has designated August as “Nat Turner Month” in honor of the slave who led a bloody rebellion in Virginia in 1831. One of the ways in which WOH recommends Nat Turner be celebrated is for black people to “Plan every act of  vengeance, retaliation, protest, aggression, etc. … for the month of August knowing that the ancestors, and especially Prophet Nat, Boukman Dutty, and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, will be with you as you do your hunting.”

Kimathi’s former supervisor discovered Kimathi’s hateful Internet presence in mid-June. “When I saw the website, I was stunned,” she said. “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me”.

Kimathi works for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a division of Homeland Security. Because it is a law enforcement agency, the supervisor said, employees are required to obtain official permission in writing for any outside activities, such as working a second job at McDonalds, running the bingo game at church, or volunteering at the Red Cross.

Kimathi obtained official permission but only by misrepresenting the true nature of his endeavor. He told management that it was an entertainment website selling videos of concerts and lectures. He called it simply WOH, never saying that WOH stood for War on the Horizon.

“If he had adequately and truthfully described his group,” the supervisor said, “I can’t imagine for a minute he would have been granted permission.”

Kimathi also spreads his message of pending race war and genocide and his disgust with “the smallhates (white so-called ‘jews’) and the white homos like Gay Edgar Hoover” in a series of videos and speeches he gives around the country.

The enemies’ list on WOH rivals that of President Richard Nixon’s in terms of length. It includes, among others, Rev. Al Sharpton, Lil Wayne, Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, who he calls “Colon,” and even President Obama, “a treasonous mulatto scum dweller … who will fight against reparations for Black people in amerikkka, but in favor of fag rights for freaks in amerikkka and Afrika.”

Kimathi’s former supervisor said among his duties at DHS and ICE is speaking at various vendor events. He’s one of the agency’s public faces. It is his job to advocate for small business owners “white, black, historically disadvantaged, disabled veteran-owned, everybody,” the supervisor said.

“He fights for the little guy,” the supervisor said. “And he’s very good at it. He has a commanding presence. He’s very suave. It’s almost as if he has a split personality.”

The homepage of WOH says the organization was created “for the purpose of preparing Black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race. whites [sic] around the world are absolutely determined to exterminate Afrikan people in all corners of the Earth.

“As a result of this reality, WOH has dedicated our time and expertise to properly educating Black people to prepare for Racial Warfare. This includes intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation for a global clash that will mean the end of white rule on this planet or the end of the Black Race as we know it.

“Please review the information on our site to understand the threat our people are facing so that you may make the right decisions in preparation for this reality.

“We’ll See You on the Battlefield!”

isn’t it interesting that when some government employee was revealed to be a white nationalist all sorts of self proclaimed “liberals” jumped to his defense saying that he was being persecuted for his beliefs – yet no one here is defending The Irritated Genie. Could it be that y’all are scared of the “scary” black man. Or maybe the idea of black nationalists slaughtering white people hits closer to home.

Of course, y’all are missing something – if this guy wanted to kill a bunch of white people, he could easily do it. Instead he shows up with a name – “The Irritated Genie” – that sounds suspiciously like something that Roger Allies would make up to sound like a “scary black man” (ooo, Genie also sounds vaguely Middle Eastern, like an Islamic Terrorist!!!) to scare the Fox News crowd about these scary black people (maybe Fox News is getting tired of using the same old footage of The New Black Panthers and perhaps two or three guys who comprise The New Black Panthers have started demanding higher appearance fees). So i’m kind of suspicious about this – i mean, it works out a bit too convenient for the white oopsie i met right wing narrative of scary black people in the government at a time when all of their other made up scandals are fizzling.

And then, of course, there is the entire issue of fronting – i mean, as i said, if this guy really wanted to kill white people it would be pretty easy – so if the guy really wanted to kill white people, i’m pretty sure he’d just do it rather than making threats which come across as more comic than anything using a riduculous name. Basically what i’m saying is that i think this guy really is an entertainer and is only in it for the money – and that chances are like all of those socially irresponsible “scary black man” entertainers (like Lil Wayne, for example) out there his real target audience is the ever lucrative suburban white kids looking for something that scares their parents market.

But its still possible that he’s on the Koch Brothers payroll to create a new “scary black man” in government scandal – okay, its a bit early for the midterm elections, but Fox News can’t run that footage of The New Black Panthers opening doors for old ladies to get into the polling place forever so they need something new. i mean, seriously – The Irritated Genie, seriously, y’all are scared of someone named The Irritated Genie???? It kind of sounds like something that a comedian would come up with if looking to mock the Ku Klux Klan.

For you apologists, justifying this man’s actions on the country; it’s about time you wake from your, obvious, 40 year slumber

The position this man holds runs contrary to any grievance that might “justify” his line of thought. And before you jump on the “still white America’s fault” bandwagon; take a look at the other targets on his grocery list of future targets. This man is a radical, full of hate towards all but his own race. Go to his site and read how it is “ordained” for the original race, black Africans, to cleanse mother earth of all others. That’s a far larger group than Hitler ever dreamed of…and he’s still on the payroll, in the employ of the United States government

  • yougotta b. kiddinme

We have a bevy of scandals clearly demonstrating that many of our Federal Agencies are out of control, i.e., the IRS, NSA, DHS and DOJ, etc., and the list could likely go on. These agencies and their personnel, like this nut-case at DHS, didn’t get to this point without the leadership of either incompetent, misguided or don’t-give-a-damn managerial oversight from their superiors.
I think it is time we dramatically and drastically reign in the size and scope of the Federal Bureaucracy.

  • Rubic Cube

Hum, What better way to secure DHS in America than to have one of the own create a race fear.. Ohhh how we need DHS to protect us… Not. DHS should be fired. Americans can protect ourselves ,, we have done it for over 200 years. Why do we need DHS.

  • A Metzel

Ayo Kimathi put on paid leave by DHS over website…
Paid leave??! What does it take to get FIRED by the federal government? I guess they just need to get their ducks in order, to defend any lawsuit that might result.

  • A Metzel

@Debate, there is absolutely something wrong with soliciting violence against other people, especially based on phenotype or ethnicity but really for any reason, whether done by individuals or our own government (or individuals working for our government?!).

  • Amanda

Thank you Southern Law Poverty Center. God bless.

  • anonymous

looking at all the above comments, i cant help but wonder why all comments push towards the notion that whites are being ‘victims’ of what they are bitterly accused of doing. Lets not be quick to judge, and look at the circumstances that may have led kimathi to act like he did..

  • yougotta b. kiddinme

Strange perspective on your part Debate the Cause.

You say there is nothing wrong about what that radical racist is saying. Isn’t advocating the slaughter of individuals wrong?
If there is nothing wrong with this nut case, why were his co-workers afraid of what he might do.
Do you not think the website’s advocacy of a race war is wrong?

  • Patrick

I am happy to hear SPLC condemns bigots of all ethnicities.

  • Hinterlandg

There are more out there like Ayo Kimathi. It’s a sad commentary that someone could harbor such hatred in his heart.

  • vascularity

Why is his web site still up? Does the FBI and Justice Department advocate this web site?

  • Debate the cause

did not take long before those who tell the harsh truth about that system you live in come under fire as enemies within. Americas history made this man. There is nothing wrong about what he is saying

  • GailO

Encouraging to see the SPLC isn’t entirely anti-white and anti-right (although it appears many donors are).
This racist guy in a sensitive government job is an obvious liability and his employers have been alerted and warned. Let’s see if he goes or stays.

  • bppros

Erica…thanks for pointing out that EVERYTHING is Bush’s fault….

  • John

If all of this is true, I would hope that
    “Someone” , does some SERIOUS
investigation to see if this joker, “distributed” some of the weapons and ammo he ordered……

  • Grant Ritchie

Move along, folks… nothing to see here. The Radical Left can’t BE racist.

  • Sam Molloy

I totally agree with BeBe about losing the term “Radical Right” in the masthead. The lure of a few more dollars from energizing one group should not sway you from the overall good you can do with a more universal appeal. Besides, Conservatives have more money. It may take years of articles like this to legitimize the SPLC as a nonbiased voice against violence.

  • http://none alan

how ironic, that this man should be working for Homeland Security! As a PUBLIC FACE…as a representative of the United States Government…how very, very ironic..

  • ? Scaredcitizen

What scares me is that he’s in charge of purchasing billions of rounds of ammunition for ICE. Purchasing agents don’t just sign the checks, they also direct where the products they buy go to. So is there any chance he may have directed any of this ammunition toward this “war”?

  • John Smith

At the risk of being dismissed as a troll (so painful), I think it’s interesting that the author of this story didn’t use the word “racist” or “racism” to describe this person or his ideology. Is it the official policy of SPLC that racism can only be practiced by white people?

  • Linewalker

Recent abuse exposed within the IRS would indicate there are upper management, and political appointees, that favor the hiring of people with some very unsavory ideas. DOJ should be looking strongly at this…oh yeah, never mind.

  • Frank

When are we going to hear confirmation that this lunatic has been removed from the workplace (suspended indefinitely) pending the outcome of the investigation (reference violation of 18 USC above)? He is, and has been, a threat in the workplace for some time now. Time to reject PC and do what’s right – to protect his co-workers and other innocents who will likely be “extras” when his killing spree begins. Major lawsuits if DHS management does not act with honor and integrity…and bodies to clean up.

  • Jay Johnson

For those who are concerned about the SPLC allegedly not covering black racists, here is an example for you:

  • kay

I’m confused. exactly *how* did the SPLC link Kimathi to this particular website? Are they guessing the site is run by him and have turned this assumption into a full spread article? Where is the proof that Kimathi is the one that is actually behind War on the Horizon? Maybe I missed something.

  • concernedcitizen

I am glad to say that I have never encountered this sort of racism in my work places. But very sad to say that I have seen more of it than I have ever in my life through workers of the federal government.

So we need to ask ourselves why people who subscribe to hate groups and promote races wars are making it past the radars into federal jobs?

  • Dalton

  • Seanatronic

yes it makes him right wing. he’s just black right wing. white right wingers just want a government for white people.

  • J_DAM

This guy is cray-cray! Repatations?! I’m white and my family was poor Irish that came over DURING and AFTER the Civil War. They laid railroads in the f”ng 100 degree heat! They later owned a cotton field and picked it… THEMSELVES! Just because you’re white you automatically owned slaves?! Somebody pop this guy up aside the head with a history book! Cray-cray, if the white world wanted black people dead, there wouldn’t be any black person in ANY official position in this entire country whatsoever. You have earned the jobs you have. You have a government job with a pension, healthcare and a certain level of clearance benefits. Quit being a racist and appreciate all that you do have today because God can take it all back tomorrow.

  • tuna67

This goes to show that there are absolute pieces of excrement represented in all races. If you thought the only racist, ignorant imbeciles out there are fox news viewers, think again.

The binding tie? Zealotry to the point of delusion.

  • Linnea

Yougotta b. kiddinme (love the name, btw!)

I agree with you on the background checks. It’s kind of a dirty little secret in this country that quite a few companies are lax about those, and up until recently, that ironically included security companies. I think they’ve gotten better since 9/11, but clearly they’re still missing some things.

  • http://None JOn Why

Why isn’t the website address included here?

  • yougotta b. kiddinme

The dateline for this article was yesterday. Is this scumbag still employed by the taxpayers of this country today. It appears that more heads than just hid need to roll.

His initial employment should in itself be considered a criminal act. What background checks, if any, are really being done by our DHS.

  • Macranthunter

Who are you and what have you done with the actual Southern Poverty Law Center?

  • BeBe

The site needs to take “radical right” out of their logo. Hate and violence know no political/philosophical/religious bounds. This article is an example of exactly that. Just as many ppl on the “left” have hate issues. To single out one group and presume that they alone are guilty is unjust.

  • David Johnson

The masthead of this site says “Keeping an Eye on the Radical Right”. So Kimathi is part of the radical right?

  • BJB

What exactly does one have to do to get fired over there at DHS ? I mean really… This psycho is a ticking time bomb.

  • Erika

This is the funniest news to come out of the Department of Homeland Security since it was revealed that an airport screener at George Bush International Airport was also a pro-Jihad gansta rapper named Arabic Assassin who recorded an album called Terrorist Alert.

Thank you George W. Bush for creating this wonderful agency which does such a good job of keeping us Americans laughing :)

and btw, given that someone named The Irritated Genie who makes comically over the top threats to slaughter white people in Amerikkka is so 1990s black nationalist/gangta rap that i kind of suspect he might be actually telling the truth that he really is an entertainer.

  • xsnake

“Helter skelter”? Bring it on sweetcakes.

    18 USC § 373 – Solicitation to commit a crime of violence

(a)Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for
    not more than twenty years.

  • Justice

The ultimate hypocrite. Fire this treasonous scumbag now!

  • Ruslan Amirkhanov

(Obligatory for any story about black nationalists)

  • Sam Molloy

See, y’all, the SPLC does track nuts of all colors.

  • Kiwiwriter

First, this guy has no business working for DHS, especially in an enforcement role. Among other things, he seems to be lying to his bosses.

Second, I devoutly hope his chain of command is addressing the workplace fear issues he is creating.

Third, this guy needs some serious medication.

And finally, and most importantly…to all the trolls who come here and whinge that SPLC is “anti-white” and pays no attention to black nutters, particularly Lon Chaney…

And guess what? It isn’t the first time! SPLC stomps racists of all stripes!

Try reading this entire web page before you spout cut-and-paste drivel.

  • Nabisco

Now this is what I call taxation without representation.

  • Aron

Buh-buh-buh-buh-but the SPLC doesn’t write about black racists!!!!111!1!!

  • Leo

I can’t say that I’m surprised, but Kimathi is probably one of many who work in all kinds of positions within the government and private industry who have this same hate-filled mentality. Why he still has a job is beyond me, because I’m quite sure he is not supposed to be planing terrorist activities while employed by the federal government.

  • LauraNo

This is a joke, right? The Onion?

  • Reynardine

They can’t keep him on. That’s all. They can’t keep him on. Anybody who talks like this about anybody has no business being on the public payroll, much less at DHS.

  • Gregory

    Wait, never mind…
