The Civil Rights Memorial is located at 400 Washington Avenue in downtown Montgomery, Alabama, across the street from the Center's office building.
Set in an open plaza, the Memorial is open 24 hours a day throughout the year. There is no admission fee, and the site is wheelchair accessible.
Free brochures providing information about the Memorial and those it honors are available at the site.
Center staff members are available to conduct short presentations for groups visiting the Memorial on Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. To schedule a presentation, please call (334) 956-8439 well in advance of your visit.
