White supremacist Michael Carothers, 31, aka Michael Weaver, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for using pepper spray on a black man in December 2010. Carothers was sentenced to one year in prison, followed by nine years of probation. He also was banished until his probation ends from all six counties in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, which includes the city of Columbus.
