Matthew Robert Dean Booster, 22, was charged with felony intimidation after he and three other white youths allegedly chased a biracial teen down with his truck while yelling racial slurs and threatening the youth. Two boys, 16 and 17, and a 17-year- old girl were charged with second- degree intimidation.
