IJP filed its fourth class action lawsuit against the forestry industry on January 25. The new case was brought against Supereior Forestry Service Inc., an Arkansas-based corporation that describes itself as the largest forestry contractor in the eastern United States.

The lawsuit, Rosiles-Perez et al. v. Superior Forestry Service Inc. was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in Nashville. IJP has partnered with private lawyers from Chicago -- experienced farmworker attorney Marni Willenson, along with the law firm of Huges Socol Piers Resnick & Dym -- to serve as co-counsel on the case.
