Please join us for a free, educator-focused program in New Orleans at Dillard University to support pre-service and classroom educators in their efforts to teach Black history. This program will provide resources and strategies to teach Black history and combat its erasure in K-12 spaces and beyond. The keynote speaker is Dr. Ashonta Wyatt, education and social justice advocate.

This workshop will address this critical gap in education and strives to spark meaningful dialogue and inspire action, leading to more accurate history curricula for all students. Event details:
