We will honor Overtown’s legacy of resilience with guest speaker Dr. Marvin Dunn. Come connect with neighbors and community leaders and enjoy lunch in the garden.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Marvin Dunn, a retired professor emeritus at Florida International University. He is an author, film producer and American historian. Dr. Dunn founded the Academy for Community Education and co-founded the Miami Center for Racial Justice.
