Speaking before the PHX Chamber of Commerce, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon accused Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio of, “[creating] a ‘Sanctuary County for Felons’ with his reckless priorities — that target brown skin and cracked tail lights — instead of killers and drug dealers.”
