Arizona state Sen. Russell Pearce is pushing for new laws to require school districts to gather data on students who can’t prove legal residency and to require state and local officials to enforce federal immigration laws.

    if they can expand this type of background check system to everything, then arizona might just have a chance at preventing a california-like fate of bankruptcy and crime

    The PURPOSE of a school district is education, not immigration control.

    Blue: the truth is our public schools are not even educating our children any more! Yet they are not even trying to go along with our immigation laws either! So whats knew Blue boy??
