• No one has to risk injury or death in order to get paid.

• Every worker has the right to a workplace that is free of serious risks that cause sickness or injury.

• Everyone has the right to receive the tools and equipment needed to do your job safely.

• Everyone has the right to be trained in a language that you understand.

• Everyone has the right to request action by your employer to address dangers and safety violations.

• Everyone has the right to submit a complaint to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), participate in workplace inspections, and request the results of OSHA inspections.

• No employer can retaliate against you for submitting a complaint regarding health or safety.
