Westside Summer Leadership Institute Application

Thank you for your interest in the Westside Summer Leadership Institute (WSLI)! WSLI is an eight-week paid fellowship that supports youth from Atlanta’s Westside on their personal leadership journey.

The fellowship will run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesdays – Thursdays, June 3 to June 26, 2025. Fellows will transition into summer job placements in July (schedule dependent on placement).

Eligibility criteria:

  • 14- to 16-years-old preferred (17- and 18-year-olds may be considered).
    •   
  • Residents of English Avenue / Vine City preferred (residents of other Westside neighborhoods may be considered).
  • Must be available for the full 8-week fellowship (education / training in June + job placement in July).
    •  
  • Must be committed to growing as an individual and as a leader in the community.
