Lying About Auschwitz: The Barnes Review on the Nazi Death Camp
You probably thought you knew a thing or two about Auschwitz: It was a nightmarish Nazi extermination camp in Poland where more than 1 million people were murdered, most of them gassed to death with Zyklon-B and then cremated. Dr. Josef Mengele performed horrible medical experiments on live humans there, including twins and those with blue eyes. At the end, as the Soviets closed in, the SS guards murdered thousands more as they marched starving survivors west.
But Carolyn Yeager wants to set the record straight.
The aim of the thoughtful Germans who ran the place actually was “reform, re-education and rehabilitation.” Inmates were taught trades there. Townspeople in the surrounding area saw life at Auschwitz as “luxurious,” what with the inmates’ “attractive red-brick sleeping quarters,” complete with “bunk beds with mattresses … flush toilets, porcelain-covered stoves for cozy heating, and double-paned casement windows.” The paths were “tree-lined,” there were flowers planted before every barracks, and the Nazis regularly showed movies to the inmates.
Yes, Auschwitz had an art museum, a library, regular concerts and sporting events, a “theater for music and drama,” a swimming pool (sometimes used for water polo) and a brothel for lonely inmates — all round, as Yeager writes, “a flourishing cultural life.” It also had two fine post offices because “the Geneva Convention rules, strictly followed by the Germans, ensured the sending and receiving of mail by all prisoners.” Why, the kindly Nazis even provided special pre-printed cards and letter forms! And their health care system was world class — after all, for the Nazis, “the health of the labor force was a prime concern.”
This, at least, is the view of Carolyn Yeager, a woman of leaden stupidity who took a walking tour of Auschwitz last year and decided that the accounts of thousands of victims, perpetrators, camp liberators and Nazi officials including Auschwitz’s most infamous commandant were all hogwash — a transparent ploy by post-war propagandists to say ugly things about caring Germans.
Her comments are brought to us courtesy of The Barnes Review, America’s leading Holocaust denial journal and a gathering point for anti-Semites and Nazi sympathizers from around the country. They were published earlier this year in a slick, 48-page booklet entitled, Auschwitz: The Underground Guided Tour: What the Tour Guides Don’t Tell You at Auschwitz-Birkenau.
It’s true! As this author can attest after two lengthy tours of Auschwitz and its adjoining Birkenau camp since 1988, the guides will tell you none of this.
Perhaps that’s because it’s all false. Long-time Auschwitz commandant Rudolf Hoess, in the autobiography he wrote shortly before his execution, described how Heinrich Himmler in 1941 “himself gave me the order to prepare installations at Auschwitz where mass exterminations could take place,” and then detailed the entire horrifying process, including gassings he personally witnessed. Filip Muller, a prisoner who worked for more than a year in the crematoria but survived, described unbelievably brutal exterminations. And so did thousands of others.
But Carolyn Yeager did stroll through Auschwitz and Birkenau seven decades later, and she’s pretty sure the guides didn’t give her the real lowdown. One Auschwitz gas chamber was “really a morgue,” later turned into an air raid shelter. Over at Birkenau, there was a “beautiful, modern hygiene building” where arriving prisoners had their hair shorn, but that also occasionally doubled “as a ballroom.” SS guards there regularly socialized with prisoners, with a number of love affairs resulting in postwar marriages. Guards and inmates “enjoyed friendly competition on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, with enthusiastic cheering sections.”
Actually, Yeager, a relatively new face in denialist circles, seems to have had something of an attitude long before she brought her analytical abilities to Auschwitz. On her website, she describes growing up in a “white home town” in the Midwest, the daughter of a German-American father who complained about “the dishonest Jews who cheated him and the Negroes who stole from him.”
She says she was a liberal for a time, “sympathetic to the plight of the coloreds,” but in the late 1990s began to read conspiracist literature and “learned the truth” about the takeover of the American monetary system “by mainly Jewish and foreign bankers.” She “let go” her fear of being called an anti-Semite. “Finally,” she writes, “I was drawn to National Socialism as a viable alternative, learning about its true nature as opposed to the lies I had been taught.”
So the mind of one Carolyn Yeager has been liberated. It’s a shame the same can’t be said of the millions murdered by people who think like she does.

There is a great fiction book about the Holocaust. It’s called “Fatherland” by Robert Harris. It’s an alternative history where Nazi Germany won WWII and there is a Cold War between Germany and the US. A Berlin criminal police detective who doesn’t think much of the Nazis, stunbles on to proof of the Holocaust (it was completed, but then buried, there being little proof that it happened).
There is one very significant thing which is mentioned that actually DID happen in real life. Joseph Kennedy, US ambassador to the UK in thew 1930s, told the German ambassador to the UK that America was okay with the anti-semitism, they just wished the Nazis would be quieter about it.

Is Carolyn Yeager unaware that Germany didn’t sign on to the Geneva Conventions until 1954? To claim that the Nazis followed them is thus ridiculous.

Great article! I’m not a history buff, and don’t usually get into arguments about history. As an American, I know for a fact, that history has always been written and rewritten favorably towards whites. A perfect example, the Tuskegee Airmen experiment.
But there you have it, that is why people from other countries, including what Americans call ‘third world’ countries call Americans dumb and stupid.

The Tuskegee Airmen and the Tuskegee Experiment were two separate things. Tuskegee Airmen were heroes in WW2, flying fighter planes to support American bombers over Germany. The Tuskegee Experiment was American scientists conducting experiments on men who had syphilis, pretending they were going to “cure” them, they wanted to watch the progress of the disease, left untreated, even though the effects were well known. This was in peacetime, long after the war was over. The disease was curable then, with antibiotics, but maybe the Doctors were morbidly curious.

Actually many people from other countries are just as “stupid” as Americans in terms of things like history. History isn’t taught better in other countries; in many cases it is worse. The idea of stupid Americans comes largely from TV shows like those “Jaywalking” bits. What people always forget is that TV producers only keep the clips where someone misses the easy questions. So if when asked “Who did America gain independence from,” 10 people said “the British Empire” while one person said Russia- guess who’s going to be included in the clip?

what Yeager writes is mainly a paraphrase of the disgusting lies disseminated by the two German nazis Thies Christophersen (1918-1997, who worked as a “special leader”" in the Rajsko sub-camp of Auschwitz and admitted, that he took part in “Selektionen” of prisoners) and Wilhelm Stäglich (1916-2006)

It’s almost refreshing in a weird way that Yeager follows her line of “reasoning” all the way and admits she’s now a Nazi. Holocaust denial inevitably leads in that direction, which is probably why it was invented. After all, if you eliminate the Holocaust and blame World War II on the Poles or Winston Churchill or the Jewish bankers, what did Hitler do that was so wrong, and what reason can there be to continue vilifying him and his party?

You don’t need to make it illegal to tell lies; you need to make it illegal when there are uncomfortable truths that you want to hide. Why is any deviation from the Orthodox Jewish view of World War II actually illegal in Europe? Why are there historians sitting in jail for doing history in Germany?
Why did they keep changing the sign at Auschwitz, from the original one in 1946 that claimed that 4 million died, to a new one in 1991 that said 1.5 million died.
What is 6 million minus 2.5 million? Oy vey, it’s still six million, you evil Holocaust denier!

Oops! I guess that’s my bad for being a motor-mouth and not spellchecking/proofreading what I write.
I didn’t look up the Airmen/experiment before making this response. I can say that I recently saw the Airmen being recognized/honored recently. This is a good thing! Because most people are unaware, that even the Puerto Ricans that served were separated by skin color – meaning some served with the whites and the other served with blacks.
The experiment – I’ve heard a lot about this from older family members and friends.
Ruslan – no argument here. I’ve met many people from around the world, some here and others when I have traveled to their country. (I’ve laughed as I have seen you successfully argue with people about Europe.) Anyway, some people here have no idea why we “don’t like Cuba, or who is Manuel Noriega (Panama),” or good relations. Then the flip side, some Americans are unfamiliar with anywhere outside of the U.S.
I was one, as I have said before. No-shame here! I went to inner-city schools with barely enough books, teachers that didn’t want to be there – this is how bad it was, I had never heard of Yosemite. I was laughed at and embarassed one day when I pronounced it as ‘Yoz might.’ I went to Sunday school and church, everyone pronounced Ezekiel as ‘Eza kyle.’ I was one who pronounced Frustrated as ‘ fuss trated.’

I forgot to add this. This is how bad history and other subjects were taught in my school. Yes, sometimes we talked about the KKK. I have seen the confederate flag and Nazi flags growing up. However, I never knew what it was until I was an adult.
I don’t know if it was because I was protected from this, or if it was too painful for adults to talk about this. Again, I grew up in a big city. California to be exact. BTW, please do not take my post to you as being sarcastic or rude. I just wanted to explain how the inner-city schools were shortchanged, and it was apparently accepted – hence, we have the term ‘Ebonics.’ Also, right now, there are rumors in Califas that BP (British Petro) is writing the curriculum for schools.

As a third generation Holocaust survivor, I believe this Web site is dangerous precisely because they try to make their hate sound “reasonable” and “academic”. It’s time to pass sweeping anti-hate speech laws in order to stop this sort of hate against all non-white, non-gentile, non-heterosexual communities.

Except Holocaust revisionists haven’t found any “truths” that need to be hidden. Not all European nations ban Holocaust denial and those that do usually word their laws with terms like “inciting ethnic hatred” or similar phrases.
Some countries have laws against “minimizing Communist crimes”, but I don’t see the Holocaust truther crowd whining about that attack on free speech.

Two problems with this. The mainstream accepted view of WWII is not the “Orthodox Jewish view”. It was not written by Jews. Second problem, Erst Zundel and Germar Rudolf, two German holocaust deniers in jail, are not “historians”. In fact most holocaust deniers have no background in history at all.

First of all, what do you mean “keep changing the sign”? It was changed one time, and for a very good reason. Let’s see….1991. What is special about 1991…Eastern Europe…hmmmm…. Oh that’s right, Poland was no longer in the Communist bloc and research from the west which countered the “official story” was allowed in.
As a result, the sign which read “4 million people killed”(note, people, not just Jews) was replaced with the figure which was calculated in the West way back to the period after the war. The 4 million calculation came from the Soviets, did not properly account for the time the crematoria were not running, and was never accepted in the west.
This denier claim has been debunked dozens of times, for years. Yet you will most likely read this, ignore it entirely, not follow up on it, and then the next time Holocaust denial is discussed you will pop up with the same argument as though you never even read this at all. Typical for deniers.

Uh let’s see, aside from the fact that the Holocaust was calculated based on the correct, 1.2 million figure for Auschwitz, which is part of the 3+ million or so killed in the camps, and then add to that 1.5 million executed by the Einsatzgruppen in the USSR alone, plus any more executed outside of the USSR and those starved to death in ghettos, and we get a figure somewhere between 5 and 6 million Jews killed.
Of course you forgot that the Holocaust actually entails 12 million killed, at least, because it includes non-Jews who were targeted for other reasons. For example, at least 8-13 million Russian, Belorussian, and Ukrainian civilians were killed by the German “liberators”, who also used many of the unlucky survivors as slave laborers and even sex slaves.
But then again you crusaders for the “white race” never care about your “own people” if you can swipe at the Jews.

Why didn’t the reviewer – Potock – reply directly to what Yeager wrote regarding the facilities at Auschwitz? Were amenities actually there, including a swimming pool? YES, they were. And, the Hoess “confession” is known to be testimony obtained by torture and threats. The profiteers of this massive HOAX are getting a little nervous, lest the sheared sheep start protesting and asking questions, just as Carolyn Yeager has done. Too much knowledge of the REAL truth – not the version with the kosher stamp of approval – and that goose that lays those golden eggs for Jewish piggy banks just might wake up and tell them to take their extortionist scam and SHOVE IT. Most of these respondents are obviously as in the dark or against any real discussion as the profiteering Jews, and spout off just to hear themselves quack, knowing they’ll get their pat on the back and 30 pieces of silver from the self-chosen.

Nope, Hoess related in his memoirs that he was beaten upon being arrested. This is a far cry from claiming he was beaten to extract a confession- which of course would not appear in any confession.

A hoax requires a hoaxer, so perhaps you’d like to be the first to actually name names and say who was behind this hoax, and explain why this hoax hasn’t left a single scrap of evidence behind. The USSR would have to be a major player in this hoax, yet it went through two major political changes(the last being the total collapse) without any evidence of this “hoax” getting out. How did they manage that? Who quickly hopped on a plane in 1991 to make sure that whatever evidence was in the archives wouldn’t come out?

Since reparations money is paid to survivors, not the dead, any hoaxers would have an incentive to downplay the number of deaths, not the opposite. Also, how would someone know in 1939 or 1941 how the war was going to turn out, and who would come out on top, in order to plan this massive hoax? Obivously this would have been a huge undertaking requiring coordination between three major powers, who weren’t even friendly to one another until 1941 at the earliest. So how did they manage that, and figure out exactly how the war would turn out and how the spheres of influence would wind up?

U need a fact check..Tuskegee was about racism vs curiosity..It was never about anything else. i am a descendant of those men and women, as well as an educator asnd retired Nurse. When white america infected those men and women they were seeking to establish how the illness progressed in the African desc vs europeans so that they would have the knowledge and thus make a more viral form of the illness. Penicillan did not become avail when the holocaust began and not until right before WW2 ..So from 1932 until the 40′s those family members were murdered maimed and an attempt to annihilate us was the key..They aslo used our own people to further thier cause.
The Tuskegee Airman were and are ameikkkn heroes..However thier relatives may have been victims of this european attempt typ murder an entire culture..Hell yes i am mad..mad as ever

Mark, good read. I don’t think anyone can explain the mentality of those that take a little bit of nothing and turn it into something. I think that we should respect and honor the dead, it is far too late now for us to debate what happened. 55 years is a long time. We cannot change what happened. But recognizing what we know did for a fact happen, hopefully we can prevent it from happening again.

Six million people, plus their lackeys, judas-goats, and dupes, swearing to the same lie, do not make it TRUE.
The roots of this “6 million dead Jews” goes back to the immediate aftermath of World War 1. It was laughed off then, just as it should have been in 1946.
If there is ANY situation that holds the possibility of being exploited for MONEY, the money changers will find it, and use it.
NONE of the so-called “eyewitness” and “survivor” testimony regarding the “exterminations” they supposedly saw, can hold up to critical cross examination, when FACTS like science, demographics, and forensics are applied to their outlandish and ridiculous statements. That is exactly why the German defendants in the post-war trials were NOT allowed to cross-examine these professional, paid “witnesses,” who often went from trial to trial, swearing they were at that particluar camp, and saw “extermination” being carried out by gas chambers, sadistic cruelty, etc.
TRUTH does not nned laws passed or the power of the state to make it stand. TRUTH stands on its won. LIES, however, have to have the support of corrupted governments to survive – and of course, remain PROFITABLE. Those benefitting from the massive LIE of the holohoax know that to maintain their control over the masses and to keep bleeding them of treasure and buried under an imposed GUILT complex, the LIE has to be maintained at all costs. Thus the Jewish-owned MEDIA and Jewish-bought Judas goats stumble over each other to denigrate anyone who DARES pull back the curtain even a small amount, exposing this fraud. Note, they always personally attack said person – NEVER directly logically answering that person’s statements or questions. They call our research and findings “hatred”, declare us to be mentally imbalanced, etc. and just HOPE thier scam does not lose any adherents to these “heretics.” They declare their holohoax OFF-LIMITS to questioning and examination, and say we are not historians. What a joke. Most of the “holocaust memoirs” are written by non-historians, and cannot stand up to critical analysis for truth. No need for us to hold our breath. The ones who are holding their breaths, hoping like hell not to be exposed, are the purveyors of this extortionist fraud. Deep down, they KNOW their days are numbered.

You see, my mother was taken by the SS or Nazis, riding the trains, where everbody puked, pisched, or tried to jumped out for Freedom when the trains stopped.
She saw the White smoke, which was the burning of bodies,(as happened on September 11th in NY) she had to wear someone else’s clothes that they had just buried.
She only ate bread, some kinda soup (if that is what you want to call it). The Nazis killed the Jewish people,
they would have killed my mother also, yet she was put on another train, Thank God…
You who are so ignorant to think they had “nice red buildings”, (what planet did you fall off of)…

When will our species ever stop lying. In 1981 I “visited” Dachau- walking through the shower room will stay in my memories for the rest of my life. Did I see anything- no… but I felt something in very strongly. Lies, how can people look themselves in the mirror when they lie like that?
One day we will grow up, wonder how old I’ll be or how long buried in the ground?

When the irrefutable truth shatters comfortable delusions, the reflex is to attack the messenger. This is particularly amusing as vainglorious Americans typically demonstrate hypocritical posturing against freedom of speech. Why is it that those who preach tolerance are the last to practice it? Having the opportunity to address the substance of Carolyn’s product, yet avoiding it altogether only glaringly reinforces what she espouses. I’ll have freedom of speech allow me the truth carried by Carolyn Yeager and those like her. She is an admirable woman and adds proof that honest human beings are not yet extinct.

My late father, a surgeon and WWII veteran, hated Holocaust denial even more than he hated Communism and Fascism, which he detested intensely. He had close friends who freed the camps and he treated many survivors in his NYC medical practice after the war. Dad served on a hospital ship ferrying wounded soldiers from Europe back to the US. He told me how, after the US troops began freeing the concentration camps, the hospital ship got a flood of patients with the same history – solid combat veterans, men who had stood up to the worst of battle conditions with colleagues getting killed around them, only to suffer emotional breakdowns over the sight of these camps. One after another they told harrowing tales of atrocity and cruelty that before then they could not have imagined. Dad’s point was that no one could faked the Holocaust with these many people and this much detail.
Dad always taught me to hate the sin, not the sinner and warned me never to follow leaders who preach hatred of people. Now neuroscience shows that the kind of hate that led to the Holocaust and now motivates Holocaust denial works in the human brain like an addictive drug, giving the same kind of pleasure as heroin. At the same time it shuts down reason and renders the person extremely easy for the hatemongering leader to manipulate, since they will believe anything that feeds the hate high and reject anything that conflicts with it.
My hope is that neuroscientists, working with experts in other fields, will develop powerful new insights and tools for fighting this ancient curse and protecting humanity from its devastation.

I’m not afraid any speech, and there’s no truth on earth I that I wouldn’t want to be known to everyone.
I’m skeptical of any Jewish claims. I consider Jews to be inherently dishonest as part of their religion. If a Jew told me the sky was blue, I’d have to look up and make sure.

My uncle who I am named for was a sergeant & ran a tank in WWII. He told me about liberating the death camps. (He wasn’t Jewish and had no reason to lie to me. He NEVER lied to me). They were a horror that should never have been and I would lay my life down to see that they never will be again. That these neanderthal’s moral compass or lack thereof allows them to differentiate between 1.5 million innocents murdered at the hands of madmen or 6 million innocents murdered shows the truth about this ‘mindset’ as plain as day.

A long time ago I came up with a name for a band which explains the problem, synapse lapse. Dachau was never a death camp it was first camp for political dissidents the first religious people put into camps were the Jehovah Witnesses. I look at deniers of any facts as people who for what ever reason got too much of a dominant or recessive gene, causing some kind of brain dysfunction.

Maybe Yeager should see the films of the concentration camps made by the British at the end of the war, at General Eisenhower’s direction. He was insistent on having filmed documentation of the camps, fearing even back then that someone would try to deny the horrors that took place.

Sorry to be long-winded, but I must write to address Yeager’s views – which are troubling for reasons obvious to all of us who subscribe to Hatewatch, but also for far more subtle reasons which I discovered on a recent trip to Germany. That subtlety – which Yeager mimics – is absolutely profane.
While on a recent trip to Munich, I made it a point to spend an afternoon at Dachau. The first thing I noticed was the sheer size of it – immense and sprawling.
I walked onto the camp grounds in silence. I noticed too the absolute physical beauty surrounding the Dachau camp, as well as the most beautiful river\stream which runs within equally beautifully built retaining walls. This brook forms the border of one side of the camp and separates the camp proper from the crematoria. Also off to the side of the crematoria is a beautiful, lush forest with what appears to be a tranquil footpath. I decided to walk this footpath just to be completely alone for a few minutes and to reflect. But I wasn’t prepared for what I found there, and what thousands of people no doubt miss unless they venture down this solemn path – for there, hidden in this verdant forest, is a wall where inmates were executed by firing squad. Also along this path is a plaque marking a place where liberating troops found mounds of ashes dumped.
As I walked back over the footbridge that runs over the cascading river running between the camp and the crematoria and execution areas, I was overcome because of the razor-sharp contrast between the execution site\crematoria and the beauty of the physical environment. It was then that I realized something important: this configuration was anything but accidental. On the contrary, it was a key element of Nazi sadism to place these camps in the most beautiful physical settings imaginable. Doing so was clearly designed to intensify the cruelty, barbarism and unspeakable suffering of inmates. I left with a very clear understanding that placing these camps in such sublime natural settings was a deliberate element of torture – like eating a luscious meal in front of someone who is starving to death. As I left, I wondered how many people who were here looked upon that beautiful, flowing river each day and imagined they were free to walk along its banks. And yet they knew what being marched across that brook meant – for to cross over it to the lush forest beyond was the last thing on saw before being executed.
There is also this: the environs are so remote that the victims surely wondered “will anyone ever know what happened to me?” and at the same time, proximate enough to the camp so that inmates could clearly hear the firing squads just over the footbridge.
How could horrific atrocity (not to mention on a scale of this magnitude) occur in such a physically beautiful place, I kept wondering. The question itself was not lost on the Nazis. It was all sadistically planned – the most vulgar atrocities with a “heaven-on-earth” surround. A nightmare inside a fairy-tale snow globe.
This was Dachau – not even a mass extermination camp. But the organizing principle is the same. “Birkenau” means “valley of the birches” – arguably the most beautiful tree on Earth. This as also an area of Auschwitz where inmates ere forced to wait before being brought to the gas chambers – among trees with white bark and leaves which shimmer in sunlight as only those of birch trees do.
So when Yeager speaks of pleasantness, culture and the like, the true context must be understood – any such beauty – including the physical beauty of the environs – was part of the sadistic design. We should not be misled by these trappings. Anyone who is a denier or doubter need only walk over that astonishing brook and into the forest beyond at Dachau to understand that this contrast was itself torture. We must remember; I did that at Dachau, but I understood the significance of the physical beauty which surrounded me as the cruelest of ironies.

One speech by one guy has nothing to do with the findings of a historical commission many years later. That is not how history works.

Just in case you geniuses haven’t had enough- The Germans themselves estimated(far more correctly) the number of Jews in Europe at the Wannsee Conference in 1941. There were over 2 million Jews in Ukraine, nearly 3 million in Poland alone, about a half million in Belarus, and almost a half million in Bialwystok. Then add in the Jews from other occupied territories and other Axis countries- for example about 742,000 in Hungary, about 342,000 in Romania- over 1 million in both those countries alone.
Then we must remember that no historical source puts the number of Jews killed at exactly 6 million anyway. A range is given between something like 4.8 million to just over 6 million. Obviously based on the Wannsee conference data this was certainly achievable. But let us imagine for the sake of argument that the number was lower than 4.8 million- say as low as 2 or 3 million. What huge difference would this make? It is still the systematic extermination of people, regardless of age, simply based on the claim that they were “Jewish”(according to the rather arbitrary criteria of the Third Reich).
Here’s a quote from Hitler on the administration of captured Soviet territory from 1941:
“naturally this vast area must be pacified as quickly as possible; this will happen best by shooting anyone who even looks sideways at us.”
Until 1944 the Germans proceeded to do just this, killing millions of people who were not Jewish at all. Bad news. The “Kholodomor” is not “well documented at all, nor were the perpetrators Jews, nor were the victims only Ukrainians, and the deaths of the famine of 1931-32 were nowhere near 11 million. The Soviet archives on this matter have been open from 1991 and not a scrap of paper has been found showing any kind of plan to starve Ukrainians, much less one written by some Jew.

Foxman is frequently criticized by many Jews for a number of reasons, but the fact is that the Kholodomor is not a genocide, it was a famine in a country that had a history of famines for decades. Nor was it deliberate nor carried out by “Jews”.

Alright I STILL demand an answer to my question regarding Schindler’s List but off the top of my head, the reason why Spielberg filmed it in black and white is probably the same reason why he took the lens filters off the cameras when he filmed Saving Private Ryan(in addition to using Steady-cams and hand-helds)- to create an authentic atmosphere that was reminiscent of old newsreel footage. I HIGHLY doubt Spielberg was trying to trick people in 1997 into believing that they were watching recent footage of Normandy being invaded.

This woman and others, including people who don’t deny the Holocaust, is a movie entitled “The Gray Zone.” It’s a brutal, unblinking story of Jewish prisoners in a camp who were forced to assist in the executions in gas chambers and then haul the bodies to the crematoria and shove them in. Yes, it’s bloodcurdling, and also something everyone should see, especially those who deny history. It was written using the testimony of survivors.

I would highly recommend the BBC documentary series Auschwitz, mainly because it is based on some of the most recent evidence and it also provides an example of true Holocaust revisionism- namely the functionalist narrative as opposed to the previously held “intentionalist” view. The latter posited that the Nazis had planned extermination from the beginning, but historical research showed that the final solution actually evolved from many diverse plans(such as the Madagascar plan).
Films have some value but people should get their knowledge about these things mainly from historical books. If you know what the actual story is, you are more than prepared to counter the weak, canned arguments of Holocaust deniers.

The head of the NKVD was Lazar Kaganovich, a Jew, and at least 60% of senior leadership was Jewish. I have read the Solzhenitsyn book “200 years together” Chapters 13-18 about the Bolshevik revolution, and Solzhenitsyn uses primary sources (newspapers) and the Bolsheviks were mostly Jews, the revolution was a revolution for Jews. The first thing done in March 1917 was to lift all restrictions on Jews in banking/law/industry/government, and Jews took over. 16 years later — Kholodomor. Jews in charge.
By the way, Amirkhanov, since I am such a stupid person as you say and as I am an example of why the white race is dying, I should add that I read the Solzhenitsyn chapters in the original Russian. Did the walking tour with hundreds of photos…while staying in Krakow. Gets dark there early in December.
When I was 12, read the book on Hoess…Commandant of Auschwitz.
However, from what I understand, his testimony was under torture and recanted.
If anything, the mass graves that fill with water in December, tell of mass Soviet deaths.
Otherwise…anyone looking for proof from a tour is delusional.

I personally know 2 people that were at Auschwitz, one was a 6 yr old girl, and the other was a guard and only 16 yrs old when the camp was liberated. He arrived there at the camp after having been separated from his unit just days before the liberation. many of the inmates were so starved and emaciated they could not stand, and may more died trying to eat the rich rations that soldiers gave them…their bodies unable to process “real food” anymore. Anna was able to spare Viktor who was wounded from a squad of soldiers that were killing camp guards who were surrendering, she told them that he gave her and 3 other girls treats and was very kind to them, and was horrified by what he saw at the camp. He was a german soldier, not a nazi, and did what he could to ease the pains the prisoners were going through…and yet having to hide his actions, lest he be ridiculed at the least, and charged with treason at the worst.
I know from their personal accounts of watching their friends and family members be gassed, shot, or even used as bayonet dummies that the holocaust was very real.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn, who first exposed the horrors of the Stalinist gulag, is now attempting to tackle one of the most sensitive topics of his writing career – the role of the Jews in the Bolshevik revolution and Soviet purges.
In his latest book Solzhenitsyn, 84, deals with one of the last taboos of the communist revolution: that Jews were as much perpetrators of the repression as its victims. So far you have mentioned newspapers but I know a newspaper which claimed that Thomas Dewey beat Harry Truman for president. Solzhenitsyn incidentally has been ridiculed even by the fanatical anti-Communist Richard Pipes, who once recounted how the former actually denied that censorship existed under the Tsar, which is simply absurd. Solzehnitsyn is not a historian, nor a scholar on Soviet history. And don’t even TRY to cite him as an eyewitness to the GULag because we know what you guys do when people speak of Holocaust eyewitnesses. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

I would like to recommend the autobiography, “The Forger: An Extraordinary Story of Survival in Wartime Berlin”, written by a Jewish graphic artist, Cioma Schonaus, who was able to escape the Nazi regime into Switzerland. His story and courage are breathtaking, and his design ability to hand forge convincing documents to get friends and relatives out of Germany is equally inspiring. History comes alive when told by those who witnessed it first hand.

People might want to know that the fellow commenting about halfway through this thread, SFC Steven M Barry, is a former Special Forces guy who is a true neo-Nazi — he doesn’t just sound like one. Barry ran a nasty outfit called Special Forces Underground for years while he was in the SF, and later became the “military coordinator” of the National Alliance, then America’s leading neo-Nazi group. The Alliance, in its platform statement, says that after it takes power the country will go through a period of “temporary unpleasantness” as the group packs American Jews into cattle cars and sends the cars plunging to the bottom of abandoned mines.

I can understand a connection between the latter, but what baffles me is Jewish prominence in these hate groups. I remember reading Bernard Baruch’s autobiography relating the story of his elder brothers and daddy wearing the hood brandishing shotguns as black carpet baggers passed through their town. I did my own research using google news archives of old news clipping from pre-war,
I found 6M dead Jews mentioned read to be exterminated in 1906, then again 1916, also 1921 and of cos WW2, even before it ends, already they know 6M will die.

The only thing I can possibly say in response to this atrocityof a women is: meet a holocaust survivor and shut the hell up. Around a year ago, I spoke to a brave, brave man who recounted his story of the holocaust, down to each and every, last, morbid detail. How can she believe that having a “ball room” inside the same place prisoners were shaved was not a sadistic manoever by the Nazis. Why was their hair removed at all? Why were rabbi’s beards hacked off infront of their families and communities? Maybe it was to keep up personal hygiene, Im sure that what this woman would argue. I have also visited Sachsenhausen, the concentration camp designed specifically in a triangle to lower the morale and cause more distress to inmates. Every single detail of the concentration camps and extermination camps was considered. Yes, they may have had music playing, but would you enjoy that music had it been played to you minutes before you death? by other inmates, barely surviving but forced to mock others like them. This woman is derranged, Whatever her political eligance, may she argue the success of the Nazi parties, that does not bother me. Murder is wrong, torture is wrong, slavery is wrong, seperating families is wrong, public humiliation is wrong, attempted genoicide is wrong! the list could go on and on. How are her views even listened to? I’m outraged and will make every effort to counter act every holocaust action she makes.

This whole article and argument is a sad affair. I don’t agree with all the ‘facts’ simply because hardly any information that comes out of a war is hundred percent accurate. However I will never deny the holocaust, stop playing your numbers games. WWII was no joke to be made a mockery of. Millions of people died, show a little respect.
